This should move all of your music to the D:Drive
Close iTunes
Navigate to "MyDocuments" and open "iTunes"
Copy the following files to the new "music" folder you created earlier:

b." iTunes Library.xml"
c. "iTunes Music Library.xml"
d. and the folder "Album Artwork"
Now hold down the shift key while opening iTunes
Click on "Choose Library" This will let you select the library you just copied (this step saves you the problem of having to import all your music again)
Navigate to the new location of your music and select the iTunes Library.itl file (there should only be one file recognized) and click "Open"
iTunes is now playing your music and using the library from the new location on the local drive
